Start Your Path to Wellness with One on One Coaching

I will help you on your journey with a focused and balanced approach to living and feeling your best through nutrition, fitness and lifestyle choices.

We will jump right in with an initial intake call discussing your current food intake, training routines, lifestyle and your goals.  We will develop a plan of action that makes sense for you. You will learn how to balance your meals, understand your body’s energy needs, handle social situations and vacations, and indulge in life without deprivation or anxiety.  If weight loss is your goal, we will take a slow and steady approach to building sustainable habits to last the long term.  In addition to nutritional health, we will focus on daily movement and intentional exercise, as well as developing habits for quality sleep, stress management, and recovery.  Most importantly, you will not need to try to adhere to a strict or rigid dieting plan.  We will fit YOUR lifestyle and you will be in control of your health and wellness journey.

3 - 6 Months

This is a great place to start!  Change does not happen over night. There is a lot of trial and error that goes into building sustainable practices and developing habits that are new to you and that fit the structure and demands of your lifestyle. If you are done with fad diets and extreme measures and you are ready to commit to making long term changes this is the plan for you.

Six + Months

This is for you if you have a history of chronic yo-yo dieting,  extreme calorie cutting, or you have been following Keto, Whole 30, Low Carb, or any other type of diet that eliminates major food groups.  You may need to bring your metabolism back to a healthy level and it can take a good amount of time to learn how to feed your body before focusing on weight loss. Committing to 6-12 months with a coach can help you recover from extreme measures and find a healthy relationship with food and fitness, lose weight at a steady and slow pace and keep it off for good. 

Monthly

This is a great plan for someone who has a good foundation for a healthy lifestyle, but needs the extra accountability and guidance that a coach can offer.  

If you are someone who goes to the gym regularly and has been following the same plan or group fitness class for a while and you have stopped seeing results; or if you are someone who has a basic understanding of nutritional needs but has a hard time putting it all together and wading through all the mis-information out there, this may be a good place to start.
