My name is Stefanie Meno, Nutrition and Wellness Specialist, and I’m passionate about helping individuals gain knowledge and develop habits to create a balanced and healthy lifestyle in the simplest and most sustainable ways.  

Just like many of my fellow GenXers, I have fallen victim to diet culture and the numerous fads of the 80s and 90s. I was also an addictive over-exerciser.  I believed I was being healthy, but I was going about it all wrong. 

It wasn’t until watching my mother struggle with cancer and multiple related health issues that I truly decided to put long term health at the top of my priority list. This is what started me on the path to becoming a Nutrition and Wellness Specialist. I now coach others one on one and am helping women and men alike on their health and wellness journeys.

I am a lover of food and therefore you will not see me encouraging any sort of extreme measures or demonizing or eliminating food groups.  Rather, I will help you learn to nourish your body without giving up the foods you love.  

Health and Wellness means different things to different people.  You do not have to follow a food and fitness plan that does not make sense for you.  My program is a focused and balanced approach incorporating nutrition, fitness, daily movement, quality sleep and stress management.

A Little X-tra

After an 18 year corporate career, I retired to be a stay at home mom of three.  I am so grateful for that opportunity and I would not give it up for anything. When I am not at home, I am on the sidelines cheering for my kids in baseball, basketball, rugby, volleyball and dance, and I would have it no other way. My family is my heart and soul! My favorite place to be is at the beach and I fully intend to live there full time at some point, I love the smell of coffee brewing in the morning, I love to cook Italian food, and a long walk on a sunny day with a great playlist can completely charge my batteries. I am also a Blue Belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu!
